Each porcelain urn is fired to 2300 ^o F, ensuring the utmost in strength and durability. Each piece and lid are individually hand thrown with particular attention to shape and form - often using a wide belly or a generous shoulder to accentuate the crystals in the glaze.  I often overlap two or three different glazes on a single piece giving the finished glaze depth and gloss. The random nature of the crystal formations ensures that each piece is unique.
